Our products are registered with the Product Safety and Standards (OPSS), aligning with the classification of cosmetics. Unlike medicinal products, which are registered with the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), our products do not fall under this category.

Purpose of Our Products:

Scandinavian Biolabs focuses on creating cosmetic solutions aimed at reducing hair loss and improving hair density. Our goal is to offer effective hair care using cosmetic ingredients, without the inclusion of drugs or medicines. Our products are not designed to treat or cure any diseases.

Cosmetics vs. Medicine:

Cosmetics are rigorously safety-tested under EU legislation. They are formulated with ingredients that have strong safety data and do not exert pharmacological, immunological, or metabolic effects on the body. This means they don’t contain DHT-blockers or ingredients like Finasteride or Minoxidil, which are typical of medicinal hair care products.

Potential Side Effects:

While cosmetics are tested for safety, individual reactions, like skin irritations, can still occur. We dermatologically test our products for adverse effects, but individual responses may vary. We recommend patch-testing our products before full use and discontinuing immediately if any adverse reactions occur.
